Warranty
When purchasing a Go-Ped®
product, you are required to fill out an online warranty form prior to completing
your checkout process. This can be found at
http://secure1.go-ped.com/form.htm You are also advised to complete the
triplicate warranty form which comes with your shipment so as to activate your
products' registration. Be sure to include our dealer number -1921- and the
serial number which you can find on the front headset label. Keep one copy for
your records, mail one copy to Patmont Motor Werks (PO BOX 97 PLEASANTON, CA
94566), and mail the other copy to BlueCreek Products (PO BOX 410 EL CAJON,
CA 92022).
Altered, defaced, or removed
serial numbers or safety warning labels void this warranty.
Patmont Motor Werks, a Nevada Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "P.M.W.")
expressly warrants that each of its products is free from defects in material
and workmanship under normal operating conditions and according to proper use
for a period of 90 days from the date of original purchase. Normal operating
conditions require adequate fuel / oil ratio and / or routine care and maintenance
by the purchaser of the product. Proper use means that the P.M.W. transportation
product is to be used only in the manner intended for personal transportation
of a single rider with proper safety equipment described on the RED SAFETY WARNING
LABEL affixed to the product. P.M.W. Transportation Products are intended for
use only with the proper safety equipment on smoothly paved, safe, dry, non-oily
surfaces in accordance with local regulations during daylight hours. In express
consideration for purchasers execution of the limited warranty and liability
agreement, P.M.W. will repair or replace any part or component, other than tires,
of the P.M.W. transportation product free of charge to the original purchaser
who registers his/her product under the warranty program. Warranty service can
be obtained by calling your local dealer or the Tech. Line at (925) 373-7827
and following the instructions given by the service representative. Shipping
costs will be at the purchasers' expense.
This warranty does not apply
to tire wear, operation under abnormal conditions or damage to the vehicle brought
on by improper use. Racing, competitive or commercial use, or modification of
the product shall void this express limited warranty. All models with the G260RC
engine and the GSR40i are not warranted for piston/cylinder seizure due to adjustability
of the carburetor, which can be tampered by end user. Engine crankshaft failures
on spindle drive models are not covered under warranty due to varying riding
styles and the adjustability of the tire to spindle pressure by end user. Purchaser
herewith acknowledges: (a) P.M.W. assumes no liability for any misuse of any
of its transportation products. (b) Under this limited warranty and liability
agreement P.M.W. shall have no obligation and the purchaser or user shall have
no remedy against P.M.W., its officers, agents or assigns for any damages, including
without limitation, incidental, consequential, special, punitive damages arising
from direct or indirect injury to person or property, or any other loss, whether
or not occasioned by negligence, or otherwise, on the part of P.M.W. (c) Purchaser
acknowledges that there is an inherent risk in the operation of motorcycles,
bicycles, mopeds, and all P.M.W. transportation products, and herewith assumes
the risk of any injury arising from operation of any P.M.W. transportation product.
Original owner will indemnify and hold P.M.W. harmless and will take full responsibility
for conveying all safety warnings, instructions, and limited warranty if unit
is sold, lent, or otherwise transferred to other persons and will indemnify
P.M.W. from any claims against it for original owners' failure to do so.
THE EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL BE EXCLUSIVE AND THERE IS NO OTHER WARRANTY OR LIABILITY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY LAW OR OTHERWISE AND WHETHER OR NOT OCCASIONED BY SELLER'S NEGLIGENCE. THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

Kick Scooters:
Razor USA warranties their
kick scooters to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of six months
from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear
and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance,
storage or use of the product.
Electric:
Razor USA warranties their
electric powered products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period
of 90 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, nor any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly,
maintenance, storage or use of the product.

X-Treme offers
a 30-day limited bumper-to-bumper manufacturers warranty on all X-Treme
scooters. The warranty starts the day the scooter is delivered to you. This
warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or
broken parts caused by the user or by any other event. We will pay for
standard shipping service costs on the first warranty shipment only. Any
additional warranty parts that are needed will require the customer to pay all
shipping and handling costs. We do offer a full 6-month even trade warranty on
defective batteries. If any battery should become faulty within 6 months from
the purchase date we will replace the battery free of charge. We may require
that old batteries be returned to us for exchange. Free technical assistance
is available to you for the lifetime of your scooter. For technical support

Generally, if you submit your ticket before 3pm CST M-F, X-Treme will contact
you the same day.
Limited Warranty Details

What is covered & what is
not covered:
1. Scooter Body:
Damage to any plastic/fiberglass part that is a result of shipping is covered
only if it occurred during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported within 1
day to be covered under warranty. Otherwise, the plastic/fiberglass body parts
are not covered under this warranty. If, after careful inspection by our
shipping department it is determined that the scooter was damaged during
shipping (digital photos may be required by e-mail) , SkooterZone at it's
discretion will supply free of charge the necessary replacement parts to fix
the damaged scooter. We will not pay labor charges to install such parts.
2. Tires, Tubes & Kick
Stands: These items are NOT covered unless they are damaged as a result of
shipping.
3. Light Bulbs & Fuses: Light
bulbs are covered for 30 days only. Fuses are not covered and can be bought
for less than .50 cents each at any auto supply store.
4. During the first 30 days
of the warranty: SkooterZone will replace any defective part free of
charge and free of shipping charge to the end user of the scooter. We may
require certain parts to be shipped back to us before replacing those parts.
Shipping costs back to X-Treme must be paid for by the end user / customer.
5. Extended Battery Warranty:
If your battery becomes defective within 6 months of the purchase date, we
will replace the battery free of charge.
Pocket Bike & All Gas Powered Scooters
Warranty: (updated 12/30/04)
1.
Engines are not covered. Each engine is started, tuned up and tested before we
ship the pocket bike to you. Failure to premix oil with the gas is not covered.
2. Pull starters are not
covered. This item is expected to break after several uses. Pocket bike owners
should keep this spare part on hand.
3. Spark plugs are not
covered. Spark plug wire is not covered if damaged from engine heat. It is
suggested that each pocket bike owner keep 2 or 3 spare spark plugs on hand.
4. Tires, tubes & flat
tires are not covered unless damaged during shipping. (Damage must be reported
to us within 1 day of receiving pocket bike).
5. Kick stand is not
covered.
6. Damage caused due to
an improperly adjusted chain falling off, broken sprockets, brake rotors and
wheel bearings are not covered. Customers should take care to tighten the
chain after each ride. There should be no play in the chain.
7. Battery (on super
bikes & batteries in electric pocket bikes) will be covered for 6 months.
8. Light bulbs are not
covered under warranty due to the excessive natural vibration that occurs in
gas pocket bikes with 2 stroke engines. Excessive vibration is normal.
9. Gas leaks are not
covered since all gas leaks can easily be fixed.
30-Day Limited Warranty
SkooterZone offers a 30-Day
Limited Warranty on manufacturer defects only. Warranty excludes damage caused
during shipping, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to properly
maintain product.
