We are processing our orders via PayPal which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover (no account required).

•When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and, depending on your location, transit times may vary between 2-5 days. Larger and heavier items such as our larger dirt bikes, ATVs or mopeds may take up to 2 weeks. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

•How do I track my order?
You can use our "Track Orders" tab on the upper right corner of our site. Simply enter your order number and click 'update'. On the next page, click 'track'. This will link you directly to the shipping company's tracking system where you can view the progress of your order.

•Do your products carry a warranty?

•Are pocket bikes street-legal?
Pocket Bikes are intended for use on paved, closed circuit racing courses on private property and with the owner's permission. They do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standards and are not intended for operation on public streets, roads, or highways.
