•When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, transit times vary between 2-5 business days. Larger and heavier items such as our larger dirt bikes, ATVs or mopeds may take up to 2 weeks. We will notify you of any unexpected delays.

•How do I track my order?
You can use our "Track Orders" tab on the upper right corner of our site. Simply enter your order number and click 'update'. On the next page, click 'track'. This will link you directly to the shipping company's tracking system where you can view the progress of your order.

•Do your products carry a warranty?

•Are pocket bikes street-legal?
Pocket Bikes are intended for use on paved, closed circuit racing courses on private property and with the owner's permission. They do not conform to federal motor vehicle safety standards and are not intended for operation on public streets, roads, or highways.
